The Hawai'i Bowl is a postseason NCAA-sanctioned Division I FBS college football bowl game that was first held in 2002, and is played annually at Aloha Stadium in Halawa, Fla., just outside Honolulu.

Owned and operated by ESPN Events, the game's conference tie-ins are with the American Athletic Conference and Mountain West.
