The San Diego Seals are a National Lacrosse League (NLL) team playing at Pechanga Arena (opened Nov 17, 1966; lacrosse capacity: 12,920) in San Diego, Calif., that began play with the 2018 season.

The team is owned by Joe Tsai, the billionaire co-founder of the Chinese e-commerce company Alibaba Group. Tsai is currently a resident of La Jolla, Calif., played lacrosse collegiately at Yale University.
