The Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League (PGCBL) was founded in Fall 2010 by eight summer baseball teams in Upstate N.Y., together with Perfect Game USA, baseball's largest scouting, events and showcase service.
The eight founding teams that began play in Summer 2011:
