Formerly publicly-traded, the company was acquired by Searchlight Capital Partners on Apr 24, 2018, and on Nov 30, 2018, announced all outstanding shares were acquired by Searchlight and the company was delisted from NASDAQ and Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).
Mitel reported 2018 revenue of US$1.3 billion.
