The Interstate Box Lacrosse Association (IBLA) is the largest adult (age 18+) box lacrosse league in the U.S., comprised of nine regional box lacrosse leagues (RBLL’s).

Founded in 2017 to provide a national system of organized competitive box lacrosse, while expanding and showcasing the sport to new areas.

The champions from each state or region move on to the annual IBLA Nationals to play for the IBLA National Championship. Teams in the IBLA play home and away games in regional centers across the country.
