In-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry Snyder as California's first drive-thru hamburger stand at Francisquito and Garvey Streets in Baldwin Park, Calif.
Based in Irvine, Calif., today the company remains family-owned and owns all 358 In-N-Out locations across Ariz., Calif., Colo., Nev., Ore., Texas and Utah, with locations in Idaho on the way.
