Gloria is a soccer-focused app that "will use tech to democratize global scouting" from San Francisco, Calif.-based Silicon Soccer.

Silicon Soccer's co-founders are CEO Victoire Cogevina, a former soccer agent, and chief product officer Matias Castello, a former Facebook executive.

Initialized Capital, the venture firm co-founded by Alexis Ohanian, one of the two creators of Reddit, has led the pre-seed funding round with an undisclosed investment.
