First played as the Copper Bowl on New Year's Eve 1989, the Guaranteed Rate Bowl is an annual college football game now played at Chase Field in Phoenix, Ariz.

The bowl is produced by the non-profit Fiesta Bowl Organization.

The game's conference tie-ins are currently with the Big 12 Conference and Pac-12 Conference.
