Buffalo Wild Wings, founded in 1982 in Columbus, Ohio, is a sports bar and casual dining restaurant franchise which specializes in Buffalo wings and sauces. The original restaurant was called "Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck," and in initial expansion, some locations even went by "BW-3," a moniker still used by some patrons.
