Austin FC is a Major League Soccer (MLS) expansion team, named the league's 27th club in Jan 2019 and scheduled to begin play in 2021.

The team is owned by Two Oak Ventures and will play at the new, soccer-specific Q2 Stadium under construction at McKalla Place in Austin, Texas, to open when the team begins play. The stadium is 100 percent privately-financed.

The team's training and performance center is the St. David's Performance Center.
