The Milwaukee Milkmen are an American Association of Independent Professional Baseball (AAI) team that began play with the 2019 season. Home games and team offices are in Frankin, Wisc., at Routine Field (opened 2019; capacity 4,000).

The team and ballpark development are owned by ROC Ventures (f.k.a. MKE Sports & Entertainment), which also owns two summer league baseball teams, the Prospect League Kokomo (Ind.) Jackrabbits and the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League Jamestown (N.Y.) Jammers. In addition, ROC Ventures owns the Major Arena Soccer League Milwaukee Wave.
