The Pacific Coast League (PCL) is a Minor League Baseball (MiLB) affiliated league founded Dec 29, 1902.
The PCL together with the International League make up the Triple-A level, the highest level of play below Major League Baseball. Teams play a 140-game regular season, typically beginning the first week of Apr and concluding Labor Day Weekend.
For the inaugural 1903 season, the PCL consisted of six teams from Calif., Ore. and Wash. Today, the league is composed of 16 teams across 11 states stretching . . .
