Founded in June 2016, the National Arena League (NAL) is an indoor football league that played its first season in 2017.

The NAL was formed by Skip Seda, owner of the Columbus Lions, and his father, Keke Seda, as the Arena Developmental League (ADL), changing names in Nov 2016.
