Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think the Philadelphia 76ers, which have lost 111 games the past two seasons and are expected to lose a bunch more in 2014-15, need 47 different seat categories.

In every section of the Wells Fargo Center, the Sixers change ticket prices every three to five rows.

Philadelphia was next-to-last in attendance last year, averaging 13,869 per game, so I guess you have to maximize revenue any way you can. But that’s not way to treat Fan Cost Index researchers, is it?
